(formerly Early Childhood Research Collaborative)

The Human Capital Research Collaborative (HCRC) is a unique partnership between the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and the Institute of Child Development at the University of Minnesota to advance multidisciplinary research on child development and social policy. The HCRC’s approach is integrative and representative of the cross-college and university wide interest in advancing research and scholarship on the identification and dissemination of cost-effective interventions, programs, and policies from birth to young adulthood.
